Your tasks
- Deputy Quality Management Officer
- Support in maintaining and updating the QM system in accordance with IFS, QS and other required standards at production level
- Conducting and organizing internal and external audits as well as plant tours at Bell Deutschland GmbH sites and at site-related suppliers
- Process review and initiation of measures
- Communication with the veterinary office, tours with the veterinarian, documentation of the results, initiation of measures if necessary Introduction of measures
- Conducting sensory product tests and taking microbiological and chemical samples
- Creating, checking and processing specifications for site-related articles
- Food law testing of packaging materials
- Conducting/coordinating staff training on the topics of the Infection Protection Act, Hygiene, relevant topics of certification standards
- Maintenance of product passports in SAP
- Control of cleaning and tours during production
- Preparation and maintenance of data for export to non-EU countries
What you bring with you
- Studies in food technology, ecotrophology, training in industrial or wholesale and foreign trade management or comparable desirable
- First experience in the field of food and quality management is desirable
- Communication and teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, assertiveness
- Reliability and diligence
- Very good basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP is desirable
