Your tasks
- Processing end consumer inquiries and complaints and forwarding them to the relevant departments to initiate corrective measures
- Taking telephone calls from end consumer complaints
- Evaluating complaints and preparing reports
- Processing laboratory samples, Assessment and forwarding of results
- Conducting tastings and reserve sample management
- Communication and coordination with all areas affected by the processes in the QM area of responsibility
- General processing in the administration/laboratory area
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed relevant vocational training in the food or laboratory sector
- First professional experience, ideally in the field of quality management with complaints management
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of relevant standards, laws and regulations desirable
- SAP knowledge desirable
- Team skills, assertiveness, an independent and careful way of working, as well as a high level of performance and commitment
