Your tasks
- Ensuring product safety and quality throughout the entire process
- Managing and further developing digital quality systems and the QM manual
- Organising and conducting internal and external audits
- Responsibility for handling customer complaints
- Training staff in quality and food safety
- With the option of progression to the role of Deputy Head of Quality management
What you bring with you
- A completed bachelor’s degree in food science, nutritional science or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience of, or enthusiasm for, quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of Swiss food legislation, standards and labelling requirements would be an advantage
- A refined and confident command of German, combined with direct communication that inspires
- An independent, structured approach to work, coupled with a strong commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility
