Your tasks

  • Ensuring product safety and quality throughout the entire process
  • Managing and further developing digital quality systems and the QM manual
  • Organising and conducting internal and external audits
  • Responsibility for handling customer complaints
  • Training staff in quality and food safety
  • With the option of progression to the role of Deputy Head of Quality management

What you bring with you

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in food science, nutritional science or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience of, or enthusiasm for, quality assurance processes
  • Knowledge of Swiss food legislation, standards and labelling requirements would be an advantage
  • A refined and confident command of German, combined with direct communication that inspires
  • An independent, structured approach to work, coupled with a strong commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility
