Your tasks

  • Development and continuous improvement of convenience products in the poultry and vegetarian/vegan sectors
  • Development of new product concepts and product ideas
  • Technological testing and evaluation of new raw materials
  • Documentation and maintenance of master data for recipes
  • Ensuring the transfer of know-how into ongoing production processes
  • Supporting our production departments with quality assurance and process optimisation
  • Organisation, implementation and supervision of trial production runs, as well as support during initial production runs
  • Project-based cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Quality assurance, Purchasing and Production

What you bring with you

  • Completed training in the food sector (e.g. technical college, HTL in food technology) or training as a chef with several years’ relevant practical experience
  • Experience in the product development of convenience products or comparable food categories
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a high capacity for stress
  • A passion for food, trends and innovative product solutions
  • Practical understanding of production processes and manual dexterity
  • An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and the ability to take the initiative
  • Flexibility and a strong hands-on approach
Minimum salary
For this full-time position, we offer a gross monthly salary in line with market rates, starting at €3,000.00, depending on your specific qualifications and experience.
