In the NPD team here at Hügli's Steinach site, we successfully develop our product formulations and are responsible for the scaling-up process and support for manufacturing in our production plants.

Your tasks
- Development of our culinary products with a focus on delicatessen in collaboration with marketing, sales, purchasing and production
- Recipe development incl. tastings
- Planning and implementation of large-scale trials
- New development and optimization of production processes
- Documentation of development trials and projects
What you bring with you
- An education in food technology (food engineer FH, food techn. HF or equivalent training/experience)
- Professional experience in food product development, preferably in the area of delicatessen/preserved or dry products desired
- Diverse knowledge of raw materials (sensory/functional properties)
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Independent, dynamic and flexible way of working paired with team and convincing communication skills
- Experience in project management
