Your tasks

  • Planning and implementation of production projects in close coordination with internal interfaces (technology, QA, development, industrialization, etc.).)
  • Definition and implementation of new processes and systems
  • Coordination and support of trials, Initial production and commissioning
  • Ensuring that target performance is achieved quickly and deriving optimization measures
  • Analyzing deviations and initiating improvement measures
  • Documenting production standards and test series
  • Coordinating training for new processes and systems
  • Representing production in cross-departmental project teams

What you bring with you

  • Completed education in food technology, cosmetics, pharma, biotech or similar (HF, BSc or comparable)
  • Experience in industrial food production, cosmetics, pharma, biotech or similar, ideally in the convenience sector
  • In-depth knowledge of process definition, project management and lean methods
  • Understanding of quality concepts (food safety, HACCP)
  • IT affinity (MS Office, ERP, MES)
  • Ability for interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
  • Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours (off-peak times, weekends)
