Then you would like to support our Retail office team, for example by manually entering orders! The workload for the position is 50%, the working hours are scheduled for 5 mornings a week.

Your tasks
- Edit cross-docking Coop/CMA/Coop.ch, inclsuive processing of promotion data
- Processing of WEBEDI-Order data
- Order processing for other retailers
- Entering manual orders from assigned retail customers
- Securing material allocations (Umswitch)
- Operating active telephone sales of surpluses
- Reading sales in SAP
- Coordinating special orders
- Implementing test orders, such as new products and promotions
- General administrative tasks
What you bring with you
- Completed basic training in the commercial sector
- Experience in order and order processing
- Very good skills in using SAP
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- High flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Personality characterized by stress resistance
