Your tasks
- You will develop and implement internal and external communication strategies together with our Head of Business Development and Communication.
- You enjoy creating and maintaining content for various channels such as press releases, social media and our company website.
- Building and maintaining media relationships is easy for you with your network.
- You will be responsible for media relations and handling various media inquiries, as well as writing and editing media releases, language guidelines and PR texts
- You will also enjoy organizing and leading press conferences, events and other PR activities.
- You will work with various departments to ensure consistent communication.
- You take care of crisis communication and reputation management.
- You will develop and maintain internal communication measures and tools such as our employee magazine, the intranet and company presentations.
- You promote the internal exchange of information and employee loyalty through targeted communication measures.
What you bring with you
- Completed degree in communication sciences, public relations, journalism or a related field
- Multiple years of professional experience in corporate communications, ideally in the food industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in dealing with the media and creating PR materials
- Creativity and the ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable way
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
