You are responsible for the tactical Purchasing of your raw material groups - from the tendering process to supplier selection - and ensure that we are competitively and resiliently procured. You manage the sourcing process - with a clear focus on costs, risk and quality.

Your tasks
- You independently carry out tenders (RFP/RFQ) for defined raw material groups - structured, data-based and with a clear target image
- You negotiate prices, conditions and contract contents and enforce them sustainably
- You identify and qualify alternative suppliers in order to reduce risks and create competition
- You systematically evaluate supplier performance and derive specific improvement measures
- You analyse procurement markets and derive recommendations for action from them
- You work closely with Category Management, Quality, Development and Supply Chain
- You ensure that all relevant purchasing decisions are transparent, comprehensible and compliant
What you bring with you
- You have a commercial apprenticeship or a degree with an economic focus
- You have experience in Purchasing - ideally in the raw materials environment or in the food industry
- You have experience with tenders and negotiations and think in terms of TCO, not just price
- You understand procurement markets and can categorise and argue developments
- You work in a structured, independent manner and have a clear view of priorities
- You have a confident manner, are assertive and at the same time a reliable sparring partner
- You speak German and English fluently
- You are confident in using MS Office and ideally SAP S4 HANA
