Line manager
We are looking for a dedicated Line Operator for our ultra-fresh meal filling lines. In this key position, you will play a central role in the successful filling process of our convenience products. You will lead the team on your filling line and ensure a smooth production process. If you have a passion for food and enjoy taking on responsibility, you've come to the right place. Your tasks
- Operating, converting and monitoring bottling lines
- Performing quality controls according to specifications
- Managing, supervising and training the assigned team (5-10 employees)
- Working on the line
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and hygiene
- Compliance with and implementation of occupational safety
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the food or technical sector
- Professional experience in the industrial sector (food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics)
- First management experience an advantage
- Good technical understanding, strong social skills and good physical resilience
- Written and spoken German (at least B1 level)
