LEAN Method Coach

Would you like to actively drive improvements and inspire staff to embrace efficient processes? As a Lean Methods Coach, you will support our focus and improvement projects from planning through to implementation, teach Lean methods and assist the specialist departments in the sustainability of their processes. In addition, you’ll help shape the digitalisation and automation of administrative processes and, using the Microsoft 365 environment and approved AI models, develop practical solutions to make working simpler and more efficient.

Your tasks

  • Support for focus and improvement projects, from analysis through to sustainability in implementation
  • Analysing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Conducting workshops, training sessions and audits on Lean methods and their practical application
  • Supporting specialist departments in the introduction and further development of Lean principles
  • Identifying and realising opportunities for digitalisation in administrative processes, for example using Microsoft Forms, Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and supporting staff through change

What you bring with you

  • Education or further training in the field of lean management, process management, business administration, digitalisation or a comparable discipline
  • Experience in applying Lean methods and in supporting improvement projects would be an advantage
  • Experience in process analysis and in running workshops or training sessions would be an advantage
  • A strong interest in digitalisation and process automation, as well as a good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
  • An analytical, structured and proactive approach to work, coupled with a strong drive to deliver results
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and a passion for engaging colleagues in improvement initiatives
