LEAN Manager
As LEAN Manager you are responsible for leading and developing the LEAN program. You will work closely with the Bell Food Group's TopX organization and act as a proactive liaison for the program. In our internationally oriented company, we offer you the opportunity to actively contribute and develop in a motivated team with flat hierarchies and develop yourself further.

Your tasks
- Leading and further developing the LEAN program at the Steinach site
- Coaching and accompanying optimization projects
- Contact person and facilitator of improvement initiatives
- Conducting training courses on LEAN methods
- Proactive link for the central LEAN program organization
- Supporting the plant manager with analyses, Presentations and strategy topics
- Support in building a sustainable LEAN culture in the company
- KPI monitoring and success control of the implemented measures
- Identification and implementation of rationalization potentials and improvement measures
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training with further training in LEAN
- Founded knowledge in the development and implementation of lean processes across the entire
- value chain in an industrial plant
- LEAN, TPM and Kaizen methodology knowledge
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Convincing and professional appearance
