Your tasks

  • You will support our Finance/Services division with exciting topics relating to corporate investments - from acquisition to sale
  • You support our units with contracts: from drafting to negotiation to final implementation
  • You provide support with trademark law issues
  • You coordinate external law firms and keep an eye on quality and costs
  • You advise our affiliated companies on Group-wide legal issues
  • You contribute to the further development of our data protection organisation and are the contact person for data protection issues
  • You accompany and coordinate court proceedings
  • You support the creation and further development of guidelines and internal standards

What you bring with you

  • Completed legal studies
  • First professional experience (approx. 2-3 years), ideally in an industrial company or business-related environment
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to understand what is behind the figures and decisions
  • You are multilingual and confident in an international environment
  • You work independently, get involved and enjoy taking on responsibility
