Your tasks
- You will support our Finance/Services division with exciting topics relating to corporate investments - from acquisition to sale
- You support our units with contracts: from drafting to negotiation to final implementation
- You provide support with trademark law issues
- You coordinate external law firms and keep an eye on quality and costs
- You advise our affiliated companies on Group-wide legal issues
- You contribute to the further development of our data protection organisation and are the contact person for data protection issues
- You accompany and coordinate court proceedings
- You support the creation and further development of guidelines and internal standards
What you bring with you
- Completed legal studies
- First professional experience (approx. 2-3 years), ideally in an industrial company or business-related environment
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to understand what is behind the figures and decisions
- You are multilingual and confident in an international environment
- You work independently, get involved and enjoy taking on responsibility
