Your tasks

  • Software implementation & system expansion
  • Implementation and further development of the company-specific pre-production software
  • Expansion to include new modules: direct portal access for fatteners, field staff, hatcheries, feed mills and vets
  • Connection of Slaughter and further processing; planning down to parts list level for sales items
  • Process optimisation & organisational development
  • Analysis and optimisation of the pre-production chain: hatching eggs → chicks → fattening → collection
  • Development of process standards and digitalisation concepts; training of internal and external users
  • Data maintenance & reporting
  • Ensuring data quality, creating analyses and key figures for management

What you bring with you

  • Education in computer science, business informatics, agricultural economics or comparable
  • Experience in process optimisation or ERP/software implementation; strong IT affinity
  • Understanding of complex logistical and production processes
  • Structured, solution-orientated way of working; strong communication skills and initiative
  • Very good knowledge of German; experience in agriculture/food production an advantage
job.minimum_wage
For this position we offer a full-time gross annual salary from € 56,000 with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience
