Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the operation and further development of our client infrastructure - from physical devices to virtual desktops
  • You ensure that operating systems and software are rolled out in a reliable, automated and scalable manner
  • You are the first point of contact for technical challenges and get to the bottom of the causes in a sustainable manner
  • You take care of the installation, configuration and smart distribution of software
  • You take over IT asset management and maintain an overview of devices, licences and lifecycle
  • You actively participate in exciting IT projects and contribute your ideas

What you bring with you

  • Completed IT training or comparable qualification
  • Experience in client management (e.g. Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune, VDI)
  • Expertise in software distribution, asset management and troubleshooting
  • Structured, independent way of working and enjoy finding solutions
  • Team spirit, curiosity and a desire to actively drive things forward
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
