Your tasks
- You are responsible for the operation and further development of our client infrastructure - from physical devices to virtual desktops
- You ensure that operating systems and software are rolled out in a reliable, automated and scalable manner
- You are the first point of contact for technical challenges and get to the bottom of the causes in a sustainable manner
- You take care of the installation, configuration and smart distribution of software
- You take over IT asset management and maintain an overview of devices, licences and lifecycle
- You actively participate in exciting IT projects and contribute your ideas
What you bring with you
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification
- Experience in client management (e.g. Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune, VDI)
- Expertise in software distribution, asset management and troubleshooting
- Structured, independent way of working and enjoy finding solutions
- Team spirit, curiosity and a desire to actively drive things forward
- Very good knowledge of German and English
