Your tasks

Planning, coordinating and carrying out regular stocktaking (inventories) in various departments, warehouses and areas
Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of inventory data
Analyzing and evaluating inventory results, Identifying inventory discrepancies and developing solutions
Collaborating with the Warehouse, Purchasing and Controlling departments to optimize inventory management and the ERP team to optimize the system
Training and instructing employees in the inventory process
Documenting inventory results and creating reports

What you bring with you

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Multi-year experience in the implementation and optimization of inventories, ideally in a larger company
Very good knowledge of merchandise management and inventory software
High affinity for numbers and a structured way of working
Written and spoken German
Self-reliant, solution-oriented way of working and sense of responsibility

job.minimum_wage

For this full-time position, we offer a gross monthly salary in line with the market starting at € 4,000.00 depending on specific qualifications and experience.
