Your tasks

  • Planning, coordinating and carrying out regular stocktaking (inventories) in various departments, warehouses and areas
  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of inventory data
  • Analyzing and evaluating inventory results, Identifying inventory discrepancies and developing solutions
  • Collaborating with the Warehouse, Purchasing and Controlling departments to optimize inventory management and the ERP team to optimize the system
  • Training and instructing employees in the inventory process
  • Documenting inventory results and creating reports

What you bring with you

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Multi-year experience in the implementation and optimization of inventories, ideally in a larger company
  • Very good knowledge of merchandise management and inventory software
  • High affinity for numbers and a structured way of working
  • Written and spoken German
  • Self-reliant, solution-oriented way of working and sense of responsibility

For this full-time position, we offer a gross monthly salary in line with the market starting at € 4,000.00 depending on specific qualifications and experience.
