In this varied role, you will work alongside the team to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the entire building infrastructure at the new development in Oensingen. In doing so, you will ensure that systems, facilities and outdoor areas are well-maintained, in good working order and ready for use at all times.

Your tasks
- Carrying out regular inspections, maintenance and upkeep work on the building’s infrastructure
- Carrying out minor repairs and rectifying faults in technical systems and equipment independently
- Proactively identifying defects and taking appropriate maintenance measures
- Coordinating and supervising external service providers and tradespeople
- Assisting with the operation and monitoring of HVAC systems and their control via the building management system
- Managing spare parts and assisting with waste management at the Südring site
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational apprenticeship in a trade
- Several years’ experience in maintenance or a similar role
- Good written and spoken German
- Knowledge of building management systems would be an advantage
- Willingness to be on call and to respond flexibly to unforeseen situations
