Your tasks
- Administration of the software distribution (Empirum / Matrix42) incl. Packaging of new applications
- Operation and further development of the group-wide MDM environment (SOTI MobiControl)
- Evaluation of new standard hardware for office, Industry and mobile environments
- Operation and maintenance of the group-wide desktop and application virtualization (VDI & Citrix)
- Administration of the SharePoint farms
- Second-level support as well as training and support for 1st-level support
- Management of sub-projects in the area of client services
- On-call duty as required
What you bring with you
- Completed technical training (e.g. IT systems integration)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft environments (client & server)
- Experience in software packaging/distribution (ideally with Empirum or Matrix42)
- Knowledge of mobile device management (e.g. SOTI MobiControl)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VDI, Citrix)
- Reliable, team-oriented and able to work independently. E.g. SOTI MobiControl)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VDI, Citrix)
- Resilient, team player, independent and solution-oriented
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
- Willingness to work on call and travel within Europe
