Your tasks
- Operation, maintenance and further development of our IT infrastructure (Microsoft server landscape, Active Directory and Azure VMs).
- Management and maintenance of the VMware platform and Microsoft 365 services.
- Support and maintenance of mail services (Exchange on Premise / Online) and Microsoft 365 services.
- Administration and maintenance of the VMware platform and the backup environment (Veeam).
- Analysing and rectifying faults and providing first-level support.
- Management of sub-projects and coordination of external service providers.
- Documentation of systems, processes and changes.
- Participation in on-call duty (approx. once a month) and occasional travelling within Europe.
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. computer scientist EFZ / IT specialist) as well as in-depth further training in Microsoft (MCSA, MCSD or MCSE).
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Veeam.
- Practical know-how in the area of PowerShell scripting.
- An independent, responsible and service-oriented way of working with good planning skills.
- An uncomplicated team player who finds simple solutions and is willing to work outside normal working hours.
