Your tasks
- Operation, Maintenance and further development of our IT infrastructure
- Administration and maintenance of our VMware and backup environment (Veeam)
- Administration and operation of the Microsoft server landscape
- Support of the Active Directory and the associated services
- Operation and monitoring of Azure VMs and administration of Microsoft 365 services
- Support of first level support for complex technical issues
- Analysis and troubleshooting - proactively and at a glance
- Services
- Supporting first level support with complex technical issues
- Analyzing and resolving malfunctions - proactively and with an eye on the big picture
- Documenting systems, Processes and changes
- Taking on sub-project management and coordinating external service providers
- Participating in the on-call service (approx. 2-3x per year)
What you bring with you
- Completed IT training (e.g. Computer scientist EFZ / IT specialist)
- Good knowledge of VMware, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, M365 and Azure
- Experience with backup solutions (ideally Veeam)
- PowerShell know-how and/or Microsoft certifications an advantage
- Structured, solution-oriented and service-oriented way of working
- Enjoyment of teamwork and willingness to work on call (approx. 2-3 times per year)
