We are looking for you as Head of Frozen Food Logistics Bell Switzerland at our new location in Oensingen! Since its commissioning in April 2023, our frozen food center has been an independent plant within the site. In this key position, you will assume overall responsibility for frozen food logistics and lead a team of 35 employees to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Your tasks
- Ensuring the efficient storage, handling and distribution of frozen goods
- Supervising the smooth running of all logistics processes in the frozen food center
- Managing and developing employees and planning training and development opportunities
- Coordinating cross-company processes with warehouse customers and internal departments of Bell Switzerland
- Processing administrative customs clearance tasks
- Cost and budget responsibility and development of the lean program
What you bring with you
- Completed training or studies in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
- Continuous further training in food logistics, cold chain management and quality control is an advantage
- Multiple years of experience in a comparable position
- IT knowledge (SAP, warehouse management systems, material flow systems, MDE/BDE)
