- Management, motivation and development of 200 employees
- Ensuring quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Safety standards
- Co-operation with various departments such as
- Quality assurance, logistics and development
- Optimisation of production processes
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience in food production
- Knowledge of QM and occupational safety regulations
- Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
