To ensure that this remains the case, we are continuing to expand our quality management team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for quality assurance in our logistics and production processes and will be involved in all areas of the logistics product group. Particular attention will be paid to the Slicer Center, where products are sliced under clean room conditions. You will ensure that our products meet the high quality and safety standards at all times. You will work closely with various departments and contribute to the continuous development of our quality processes.

Your tasks
- Tasks include carrying out and accompanying internal audits as well as plant tours to ensure quality and hygiene standards
- You will also support the preparation of external audits
- You will coordinate and evaluate sampling and communicate with internal and external laboratories
- You support the validation and verification of processes as well as the maintenance and creation of documents
- One part of your tasks is the creation of evaluations and trend analyses for the continuous improvement of our quality processes
- You will independently create and conduct training courses on topics such as hygiene, GHP and food safety, thereby strengthening quality awareness within the team
- You will also support the implementation of batch traceability and process error reports independently
- You will also work closely with the Head of Quality Management in the Logistics product group
- Collaboration in various projects is also part of the exciting range of tasks
What you bring with you
- Preferably a degree or training in the field of food technology or an equivalent qualification
- You have professional experience in quality management in a production or logistics company, ideally in the meat industry
- Your profile is rounded off by good knowledge of food law, HACCP, GHP and hygiene as well as advantageous experience with IFS standards (IFS Food, IFS Logistics)
- You are confident in using MS Office, and knowledge of Power BI and SAP is desirable
- Your way of working is structured, reliable and always solution-oriented with a high sense of responsibility
- You enjoy working in a team and helping to design and optimize existing processes
- Finally, you have a good command of written and spoken German, knowledge of French is a plus
