What we offer
More than 30 days off per year and flexible working hours on a 4.5 day week mean you can start the weekend early.

Your tasks
During your studies, you will
- work with our Procurement team to organise the purchasing of raw materials and packaging materials
- get to know our sales divisions, including their marketing departments
- gain experience in our finance and accounting and human resources departments
- work across the various areas of our group-wide IT organisation
- support our Development and Quality Assurance departments
- Gain insights into our order planning as well as our Production and logistics processes
- consolidate the practical knowledge you’ve gained through theoretical modules at the Dual University

- The programme starts on 1 October 2027 – before the programme begins, you’ll complete a one-month paid pre-study placement at Hügli, giving you a taste of what it’s like to work at Hügli
- A well-organised course structure through a structured training programme across all relevant Departments
- Theory modules at the university alternate every three months with practical placements at our company
- The university responsible is the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University / Villingen-Schwenningen
- The programme lasts 3 years
- You will graduate with a ‘Bachelor of Arts’ (B.A.) degree
What you bring with you
- At the start of your degree, you hold a general or subject-specific university entrance qualification with good grades in the core subjects
- You are interested in business management
- You enjoy mathematics and have a sound command of English
- You demonstrate a high level of commitment, initiative, perseverance and the ability to work independently
- You are able to cope well under pressure and are flexible
- You make a positive impression with your pleasant manner
