What we offer
More than 30 days off per year and flexible working hours on a 4.5 day week mean you can start the weekend early.

Your tasks
During your studies, you will
- gain an understanding of all relevant processes within the HR Department and play an active role in day-to-day operations
- support recruitment and HR marketing
- familiarise yourself with and help shape our training programme
- support staff development
- assist with controlling and payroll accounting
- Gain an insight into our order planning and production processes
- deepen the practical knowledge you have gained during theoretical modules at the Duale Hochschule

- The programme starts on 1 October 2027 – before the programme begins, you’ll undertake a paid one-month pre-study placement at Hügli, giving you a taste of what it’s like to work at Hügli
- A well-organised course structure through a structured training programme across all relevant Departments
- Theoretical modules at the university alternate every three months with practical placements within our company
- The university responsible is the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University / Lörrach
- The programme lasts 3 years
- You will graduate with a “Bachelor of Arts” (B.A.) degree
What you bring with you
- At the start of your degree, you hold a general or subject-specific university entrance qualification with good grades in the core subjects
- You are interested in business management and human resources
- You enjoy mathematics and have a sound knowledge of English
- You demonstrate a high level of commitment, initiative, perseverance and the ability to work independently
- You are resilient, analytical and flexible
- You have a pleasant manner and are a good team player
