What we offer

Your tasks
During your studies, you will
- work with our Procurement team to organise the purchasing of raw materials and packaging materials
- get to know our sales divisions, including their marketing departments
- gain experience in our administrative departments: Finance and Accounting, and Human Resources
- work across the various areas of our group-wide IT organisation
- learn about the development process for new products in our R&D department
- Regularly check the quality of our raw materials, products and production processes in our laboratories
- Gain an insight into our order planning and our Production and logistics processes

- The programme starts on 1 October 2027 – before the programme begins, you’ll undertake a one-month pre-study placement at Hügli, giving you a taste of what it’s like to work at Hügli
- The course is organised through a structured training programme covering all relevant Departments
- Theory phases at the university alternate every three months with practical phases at our company
- The university responsible is the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University / Heilbronn
- The programme lasts 3 years
- You will graduate with a ‘Bachelor of Arts’ (B.A.) degree
What you bring with you
- At the start of your degree, you hold a general or subject-specific university entrance qualification with good grades in the core subjects
- You are interested in business management
- You enjoy maths and have a good command of English
- You enjoy working with food
- You demonstrate great commitment, initiative, perseverance and the ability to work independently
