You will carry out maintenance and repairs independently, resolve faults and assist with refurbishments and technical projects from planning through to implementation. You will also take on stand-in duties as required.

Your tasks
- Carrying out repairs and preventive maintenance on building services systems
- Planning and carrying out preventative maintenance on building services systems
- Assisting with refurbishments and new builds within one’s own area of responsibility
- Working independently on, or supporting, projects in the building services sector
- Supporting the maintenance of the ERP system (SAP)
- Acting as deputy to the Head of Building Services
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a plumbing and heating engineer, refrigeration engineer, mechanic or electrician
- Substantial experience in the fields of refrigeration, heating, compressed air and ventilation systems, and in plant maintenance
- Proven leadership experience
- Very good command of written and spoken German
- Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Willingness to work during the following hours: 5.00 am to 10.00 pm, Monday to Saturday
- Willingness to work an average of two Saturdays per month
- Willingness to be on call
