Your tasks
- Supporting the electrical engineering team leader with administrative work. (orders, order processing and document filing in SAP, filing safety certificates, schematics)
- Collaboration in the maintenance, fault and on-call service in the electrical engineering department
- Supporting employees in technical matters during operation
- Ensuring quick troubleshooting and implementation of upcoming maintenance work.
- Managing the electrical engineering department in the absence of the electrical engineering team leader.
- Maintaining contact with external service providers and suppliers and organizing and coordinating their assignments.
- Active collaboration with the other departments of the Basel Head Office Technology division.
- Collaborating on periodic inspections of low-voltage electrical installations in accordance with NIV.
- Organizing and supporting the periodic inspection and maintenance of MV stations.
- Takes responsibility for occupational safety in his/her area of responsibility.
- Responsible for the establishment and further development of TOP X in the area of responsibility
What you bring with you
- Completed training as an electrician, electrical fitter or related professions.
- Holding a restricted installation license (NIV Art.13) is an advantage) is an advantage
- Experience or pleasure in managing employees
- Enjoyment of administrative work (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Clean appearance, compliance with hygiene regulations
- Driving an aerial work platform with a driver's license is an advantage
- Self-reliant, resilient and reliable
- Staggered working hours (2 shifts incl. Saturday), on-call duty
- Interested in further training
