Deputy Head of Transportation Planning (new building Oensingen)
In this role as Deputy Head of Transport Planning, you will support Transport Planning Switzerland in day-to-day operations and actively contribute to the further development of logistics processes. You will work closely with the Head of Transport Planning and various internal interfaces and ensure that efficiency, quality and reliability are practiced in transport logistics on a daily basis.

Your tasks
- Substitute transport planning and processing of daily business deviations
- Creating special trips, export and returns orders and obtaining the necessary documents/transport information
- Ensuring ARV compliance, data maintenance and carrying out transport checks
- Support with internal transport coordination, including processing complaints and finding solutions
- On-call duty, on-call duty on public holidays and standby for temporary trips
- Carrying out tour and route changes in the IT systems
What you bring with you
- Completed training in logistics/transport or equivalent experience
- Experience in transportation planning or operational logistics, ideally in the food sector
- Knowledge of ARV regulations
- IT affinity (e.g. TMS, ERP/SAP)
- Available for on-call duties as required
