Your tasks

  • Supporting the Head of Engineering in the management and organisation of the technical department
  • Acting as deputy manager, as well as fostering and developing the team
  • Planning, coordinating and supervising maintenance, servicing and repair work
  • Ensuring the technical availability and optimisation of plant, machinery and infrastructure
  • Collaborating on technical projects and assisting with budget and resource planning
  • Coordinating external partners and ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards

What you bring with you

  • Completed technical training with relevant further qualifications (e.g. technician, master craftsman/woman, engineer or equivalent)
  • Several years’ professional experience in a technical field, ideally with some management experience
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and support a team
  • A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and a good command of written and spoken German
Minimum salary
Pay in accordance with the collective agreement for skilled workers in the poultry industry; higher pay depending on qualifications and experience
