Your tasks
- Professional preparation of meat cuts according to the orders of our butchery and catering customers
- Ensuring qualitative, quantitative and timely order fulfilment
- Coordinating and optimising work processes within the butcher's shop
- Compliance with all quality, process and hygiene specifications
- Managing internal order forms and triggering poultry orders
- Collaboration in projects and support with optimisation measures
- Deputising for the head of the scaffolding department
- Compliance with targets and taking on other tasks as instructed by the line manager
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a meat specialist or butcher
- Good expertise in the field of meat processing
- Good physical condition and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in working with PS and SAP is an advantage
- Independent, reliable and careful way of working
- High level of quality and hygiene awareness
- Good written and spoken German
- Flexible working hours and willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, team-orientated and resilient personality
