Your tasks

  • Processing of customer inquiries / projects
  • Contact person for our domestic and foreign customers
  • Coordination with the internal specialist departments and the product locations
  • Close cooperation with the key account managers
  • Order processing incl. deadline monitoring
  • Creation of price calculations
  • Processing of customer complaints with the departments relevant to the process
  • Pfessional development. Deadline monitoring
  • Creation and control of price calculations

  • Maintenance and control of customer and article master data
  • Support and participation in tastings

What you bring with you

  • Completed commercial training
  • Multi-year experience in sales processing and project management
  • Flair for figures and calculations
  • Good written and spoken English skills, Knowledge of French an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Sound knowledge of SAP
  • Customer-oriented personality with strong communication skills
  • An enthusiastic, organized and independent worker
