Your tasks
- Whether restaurants, hotels, cruise ships, hospitals, retirement centers or canteens - this challenging profession offers you a wide range of work opportunities. At Bell, you can expect the exciting working environment of a large catering company. Every day, hundreds of meals are prepared for our employees and guests in our catering area.
- During your training, you will learn how to prepare food professionally. From purchasing to processing, you will observe the strict hygiene regulations. You will work in a rotation system at the Saucier (meat, sauces), Entremetier (side dishes, vegetables, soups), Cold Kitchen and Patisserie stations. The focus is on the different needs of our customers and the healthiest possible diet.
