In the Convenience Poultry department at the Zell/LU site, we transform fresh ingredients into delicious, ready-to-eat products such as breaded chicken cordon bleu and chicken nuggets. We place the highest value on safety and hygiene regulations as well as first-class quality standards. Our department is divided into three specialized areas: Mass Production, Production and Clean Room. As a plant operator, you will work in two shifts. You will operate the equipment and monitor the production lines and packaging systems so that our customers can enjoy fresh, safe and tasty products at all times.

Your tasks
- Production of meat masses/leaves and various convenience products, incl. Packaging
- Independent operation of equipment and machines
- Regular quality controls and monitoring of production processes with regard to capacity, efficiency, quality and hygiene
- Continuous support of plant employees with regard to quality on the lines

- Periodic quality checks (CCP) on the products manufactured and recording in the corresponding verification documents
- Assistance in the areas of convenience pre-production / production / packaging and in other areas of the Zell site
- Active support for the development of new products
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed basic training in the food industry (food technologist, chef, butcher, dairy technologist, baker/confectioner) or several years of professional experience in the food industry
- Basic technical knowledge, PC skills (MS Office) and enjoy working with machines
- Quality awareness
- Very good written and spoken German
- Willingness to work 2 shifts and at weekends
- Mobility: own car and valid driver's license are required to reach the workplace (poor public transport connections in the morning and evening)
