Your tasks

  • Control and monitoring of the system as well as early detection and rectification of faults
  • Routing and triggering orders, prioritising troubleshooting
  • Coordination and guidance of the team in the operational control centre
  • Creation of reports and continuous optimisation of system processes
  • Close cooperation with the technical teams as well as Production and Capacity Planning
  • Supporting the implementation of new tools and processes

What you bring with you

  • Completed training in Production or Logistics
  • Experience in the control centre and knowledge of SAP
  • Leadership experience and strong decision-making skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office and very good German language skills
  • Willingness to work night shifts
