Become a new member of our technical advisory team for our poultry producers! You will mainly work in the regions of Berne, Northwestern Switzerland and the Central Plateau. The integrated animal production of the Poultry organizational unit in Zell is upstream of the slaughtering and processing plant. It is responsible for ensuring that the live animals required for sales planning are delivered to the slaughterhouse at the right time, in the right quantity and in the required quality at attractive production costs - in compliance with legal requirements. Poultry producers have a team of technical advisors at their disposal for the rearing and keeping of fattening poultry.

Your tasks
- First point of contact for the poultry producers of Bell Switzerland Ltd
- Introduction and support for producers in the keeping and rearing of fattening poultry
- Review of the company's production and quality specifications as well as the operational documentation in terms of quality assurance and improving results
- Assistance in the development of guidelines, directives and safety concepts
What you bring with you
- Agricultural training and further education
- Professional experience in animal care and handling, preferably in poultry farming
- Information technology skills, especially MS Office
- Knowledge of French desired
- Flexibility in terms of working hours
- Driver's license category B (company car)
- Initiative personality with independent and efficient way of working
