Your tasks
- Receiving and processing customer orders by telephone, fax, tape and e-mail
- Active sales of assortment products to butchers, restaurants and communal catering
- Professional advice and support for customers
- Miscellaneous activities in connection with order processing
- Support for major customers on the part of the internal sales team according to superordinate specifications
- Active telephone sales, including the sale of surplus stock
- Processing of quotation requests
- Assistance in achieving targets in active telephone sales
- Sales support for sales and marketing measures
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed training as a butcher, chef or in a related field
- Sound professional experience in the food industry
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German, French an advantage
- Specialist knowledge in the meat and/or fish sector an advantage
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness (sales talent)
- Independent, structured and organized way of working
- High resilience and the ability to work under pressure
