Your tasks

  • Manufacturing raw edible sausages in compliance with defined recipes
  • Controlling the sausage drying process
  • Preparing meats for salting
  • Packaging of finished products
  • Press assembly
  • Meat inventory management
  • Product traceability monitoring according to SAP
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the area

What you bring with you

  • Completed training as a butcher, butcher-charcutière/boucher-charcutier, charcutière/charcutier or training deemed equivalent
  • Experience in a similar position (charcuterie production)
  • Accustomed to physically demanding tasks
  • Rigorous and self-reliant
  • Open-minded for teamwork
  • Perfect knowledge of spoken and written French
  • You are also motivated to quickly familiarize yourself with a new field of activity and discover the environment of a large company.
