Your tasks
- Ensuring the technical availability of various systems (refrigeration, ventilation, fire alarm, vacuum and air conditioning systems, high-speed and sectional doors, air conditioning units, compressed air compressors, technical gases and waste water system with flotation plant)
- Troubleshooting and reduction of downtimes and stoppages
- Maintenance and optimization of machinery and processes
- Maintenance of the maintenance programme and documentation for machines and systems
- Involvement in installations and projects in the area of building technology
- Contact with external specialist departments and service providers
- Management and notification of spare parts requirements
What you bring with you
- Completed basic technical training in building technology
- First professional experience in maintenance is an advantage
- Solution-oriented and independent action with a networked way of thinking
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Willingness to work on call and extraordinary assignments (approx. 1-2 weeks per month)
- Good written and spoken German
