Your tasks

  • Supporting the Key Account Manager in customer service and administrative internal processing
  • Daily monitoring of the order quantity and the forecast for listings, And discontinuations as well as risk assessment to avoid rejects are among your main tasks
  • The competent and prompt processing of customer inquiries and complaints round off your daily routine
  • The timely creation and dispatch of information, requests and statistics
  • You form an efficient interface between the customer and internal departments

What you bring with you

  • You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in the relevant field
  • Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in internal sales, desirable in an industrial company or food retail
  • You are familiar with the MS Office palette
  • You are no stranger to working with ERP and CRM systems
  • You enjoy working in a lively, fresh environment, appreciate an independent way of working and are not afraid to critically question processes
