Your tasks
- Participation in and protocolling of tastings
- Collecting tasting samples on the farm and assisting with their analysis
- Assisting with inspections in the company
- Sample organisation (collection, dispatch and maintenance in SAP)
- Compiling statistics and analyses
- Accompanying plant tours
- Supporting the preparation of various audits
- Processing complaints
What you bring with you
- Training or studies in the food sector or laboratory training
- Initial expertise in the field of microbiology, QM or meat technology
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German, French an advantage
- Personality willing to learn, able to work in a team and communicative
