We are looking for an independent, solution-oriented and resilient individual who can quickly analyse technical faults, resolve their root causes with sustainability and ensure that our production and supply systems operate reliably. You’re hands-on, take responsibility and aren’t afraid to take the initiative, even when faced with complex technical problems. You work in a structured way, think ahead and look not just for quick fixes, but for improvements that promote sustainability. You are willing to work shifts and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.

Your tasks
- Ensuring the technical availability and operational readiness of our production and supply facilities
- Systematic analysis, identification and sustainability of the resolution of mechanical faults and technical failures
- Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work – both independently and in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Rapid and targeted response to plant malfunctions to minimise downtime
- Identifying weaknesses and implementing technical optimisations and measures for sustainability
- Active involvement in refurbishments, technical projects and plant improvements
- Supporting the continuous improvement of plant availability, process reliability and maintenance procedures
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a plant mechanic, multi-skilled mechanic or a comparable technical qualification (EFZ)
- Several years’ experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing facility
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical fault analysis and troubleshooting. Strong technical understanding and the ability to solve problems independently and systematically
- High level of initiative, a strong sense of responsibility and a hands-on approach
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) and to be on call in a three-shift operation
- Very good written and spoken German
