Logo Hillcona Switzerland

Do you keep our production running – and find solutions when others get stuck? Our production places high demands on the technical availability and reliability of our systems. We are looking for an independent, solution-oriented and resilient individual who can quickly analyse technical faults, resolve their root causes with sustainability and ensure that our production and supply systems operate reliably. You’re hands-on, take responsibility and aren’t afraid to take the initiative, even when faced with complex technical problems. You work in a structured way, think ahead and look not just for quick fixes, but for improvements that promote sustainability. You are willing to work shifts and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
