Your tasks
- During your very practical training, you will learn how to professionally bone and dress the individual cuts of beef, veal and pork. You will cut the pieces of meat according to the order, pack them and store them. Or you process them into charcuterie products. You will also set up the machines and adjust the programs. Finally, you will support your team in other various production processes.
- As an EBA meat processing assistant specializing in poultry in Zell LU, you will learn about the entire poultry processing process.
- After successfully completing your training, you can acquire a shortened basic training course as an EFZ meat specialist.
