Your tasks
- During your very practical training, you will learn how to professionally bone and dress the individual cuts of beef, veal and pork. You will cut the pieces of meat according to the order, pack them and store them. Or you process them into charcuterie products. You will also set up the machines and adjust the programs. Finally, you will support your team in other various production processes.
- After successfully completing your apprenticeship, you can acquire a shortened basic training course as an EFZ meat specialist.
