Your tasks
- You ensure that your customers can work with the installed ICT resources without any problems
- As an ICT specialist, you are THE professional when it comes to the diverse and optimal use of various ICT resources.
- You install and configure the PCs, tablets and cell phones and put them into operation according to the company's guidelines, e.g. to set up a new workstation
- You integrate peripheral devices (e.g. notebooks, printers) into the network infrastructure and rectify faults.

- You work in support and assist users in handling ICT resources.
- You investigate problems and find solutions in collaboration with other specialists.
- You are involved in ICT ordering and administration.
