Your tasks

  • Identify, develop and launch successful new products for the ranges within the ‘Meals’ Competence Centre
  • Optimise existing products and manufacturing processes
  • Conduct and organise tastings with external customers to present products, as well as comparative tastings
  • Manage and contribute to development projects
  • Evaluate raw materials and manufacturing processes
  • Create and maintain development and production documentation
  • Act as the expert point of contact for Production

What you bring with you

  • A degree in food technology or food science (university or university of applied sciences)
  • Initial professional experience in the development and optimisation of production processes and formulations in an industrial or food manufacturing environment would be an advantage
  • Project management skills to coordinate development activities
  • You think innovatively, contribute your own ideas and use them to develop practical solutions. You enjoy communicating with a variety of contacts, work well as part of a team and present yourself with confidence.
