Food Production Technician (BA)
Get stuck in, think for yourself and manufacture high-quality food! Do you enjoy hands-on work, are you reliable, and would you like to see how food is manufactured? As a Food Production Assistant (BA), you’ll be a key member of our production team. You’ll assist with various stages of the manufacturing process and learn how our products are made safely and carefully. During your two-year apprenticeship, you’ll gain valuable practical experience. You’ll be introduced to your tasks step by step and receive professional guidance along the way.

What we offer
We offer at least 5 weeks' holiday plus 15 paid public holidays and up to 6 optional bonus days. We have no company holidays at Hilcona. You organise your days off with your line manager and apprenticeship supervisor.

Hilcona will bear your training costs. You will receive a grant of CHF 300 for your own laptop. And if you achieve a grade of 5.0 or higher in your final apprenticeship examination, you will receive an additional bonus at the Schaan site.
