Your tasks
- Quality control of raw materials
- Unpacking of raw materials
- Preparation of different brines for curing
- Injection, brining and churning of different raw materials, depending on their use.
- Dry-salting of various products
- Packaging and molding of churned goods
- Hanging of raw materials on carts for further processing (smoking, cooking, etc...)
- Demolding of various cooked hams
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a butcher, food technologist or deemed equivalent
- Experience in a similar position
- Familiar with the use of injectors or churns
- Accustomed to physically demanding tasks
- Openness to teamwork
- Flexible (hours, weekend work)
- You are also motivated to quickly familiarize yourself with a new field of activity and discover the environment of a large company.
