Your tasks

  • Operative processing of the purchase of purchasing materials (merchandise)
  • Supplier management and evaluation
  • Conducting price negotiations, tenders and contract conclusions, partly across locations
  • Ensuring on-time delivery and quality of materials
  • Quantity planning for framework contracts
  • Processing complaints and sample orders
  • Maintaining master data

What you bring with you

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally professional experience in operational purchasing / production planning / scheduling / office work
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Good SAP and MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Careful and independent way of working
