Your tasks
During your studies, you will
- organize the purchase of raw materials and packaging materials with our procurement department
- get to know our sales divisions including their marketing departments
- . their marketing departments
- work in our administrative departments Finance and Accounting and Human and Accounting and Human Resources
- go through the various areas of our Group-wide IT
- learn about the development process for new products in our Development department
- regularly check the quality of our raw materials and products as well as our production processes in our laboratories
- gain insights into our order planning and our production processes in Production and Logistics

- Study starts on 1. October 2026 - before starting your studies, you will complete a one-month pre-study internship at Hügli and get a taste of Hügli
- organized course of study through a structured training plan across all relevant departments
- Theoretical phases at the university alternate every 3 months with practical phases in our company
- The responsible university is the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University / Heilbronn
- The course lasts 3 years
- Degree as "Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
